    We have liberated this special Velier release from Guadeloupe into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 58.2% ABV and distilled at Montebello distillery in Basse-Terre, the capital of Guadeloupe. This liquid is a blend of Rhum Vieux (old Agricole) and traditional (molasses) rum and aged for 11 years in oak barrels. The distillate was moved into VATS in 2006, stopping maturation. Then, bottled by Velier in 2008 tasting notes of rich spice, with ginger, pepper and a hint of tobacco.

    A rare opportunity to sample a Velier 1998 Caroni aged 16 years

    We have liberated this special Velier release from Trinidad into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 55% ABV and distilled at the Lost distillery, Caroni in Trinidad. This liquid was distilled in 1998 and aged for 16 tropical years before being bottled at cask strength. 3850 bottles were produced suggesting it is a blend of rums rather than a single cask created by molasses grown in Trinidad.

Using traditional production techniques with native grown, organic sugar cane juice.  The liquid was aged for 21 months in ex-Caroni casks creating fresh cane, along with woody notes and spices.

Using local molasses and the infamous Enmore wooden continuous Coffey still. This liquid was aged for 22 years in a single ex-bourbon and bottled in 2015. Tasting notes include marzipan, raisins and a touch of spice.

    We have liberated this limited edition George T. Stagg bourbon into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at a hefty 62.45% ABV at Buffalo Trace Distillery in Kentucky, USA. Using at least 51% corn needed by law they have kept their mash bill pretty much a secret. This distillate was aged for at least 15 years in new charred virgin American oak.

    We have liberated this special Single Vintage J.Bally 2002 into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 43% ABV at Distillerie du Simon, Martinique. 1 of 7 distilleries left on the island. Using 100% sugar cane juice. this distillate has no age statement. However, Rhum Vieux means old rum in french implying its older than 3 years. Tasting notes include dusky oak with spices and cloves.

A special blend of 26 yr single malt (5%) 15 yr old single malt (27.5%) 11 yr old single malt (27.5%) and a 7 yr old grain (40%) an edition of 7000 bottles. Tasting notes include green apples, melon, cinnamon.

    Midleton Dair Ghaelach, is the first ever Irish Whiskey to be finished in virgin Irish Oak. Distilled at the Midleton distillery it is a blend of traditional Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey distillates, matured for between 15 and 22 years in ex-Bourbon casks. These were married together before being filled into native Irish Oak Hogsheads harvested from 130 year old oak trees from Grinsell’s Wood, within the Ballaghtobin Estate in Co. Kilkenny.

    We have liberated a beautiful 25yr Port Mourant Demerara rum, bottled by Bristol Classic and made it available in 10ml bottles to make it as accessible as possible. Bottled at 46% ABV and distilled in 1990 in Guyana, this Demerara rum was produced using one of the oldest working rum stills in the world. After spending 15 years in its original ex-bourbon cask, it was finished for 10 years in an Oloroso sherry butt, allowing the rich, deep fruits from the cask to shine through.

Bottled at Navy Strength 54.5% ABV, this is a very special blend created to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Black Tot day. This is a blend of 2 Trinidadian rums created in a column still and 3 Guyanese rums, distilled in the Port Mourant double wooden pot still as well as their column still.

    We have liberated an impressive Rhum Clément Grappe Blanche and made it available in 10ml bottles to make it as accessible as possible. Bottled at 45% ABV, Clément has been produced in Martinique since 1887 and is still being produced in a small town where the founder Homère Clément and his son first created their product.

    We have liberated this incredible Rhum Rhum Liberation 2017 edition and made it available in 10ml bottles to make it as accessible as possible. Bottled at 45% ABV, distilled on a tiny island off Guadeloupe called Marie Galant,  just off of the Bielle distillery. Created from pure fresh sugar cane juice and fermented in temperature-controlled VATS at 20/22°C for 7-9 days. Then, distilled in ex-burgundy casks for 7 years before it was 'liberated' from the barrel in 2017.

    We have liberated this special Single Port Mourant by Rum Exchange into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 58.3% ABV at Demerara Distillers Limited, Guyana and distilled in 2008. Using local molasses and the infamous Port Mourant double wooden pot still. This liquid was aged for 11 years in a single ex-bourbon. Amazingly, only 252 were bottled in 2019. Tasting notes include maltiness, bitter chocolate and dates.

    We have liberated this special S.B.S release from Jamaica into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 59% ABV and distilled at Clarendon Distillery, Jamaica in 2007. This liquid was aged for 11 years in ex Pedro Ximenez barrels, a single cask producing only 241 bottles. A very complex pallet of ripened bananas, typical Jamaican funk from a long fermentation process, alongside comes fruity notes from the PX finish.

    We have liberated this special S.B.S release from Trinidad into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 57% ABV and distilled at Trinidad Distillers Limited, home to the Angostura range of rum. S.B.S 2008 was distilled using a continuous still from molasses and finished in a single ex Madeira cask, only 337 bottles were released by danish independent bottler 1423 spirits.

    We have liberated this special Samaroli release from Barbados into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 45% ABV and distilled in Barbados in 1998, however, the distillery is N/A. Maturation lasted for 15 years in oak barrels, then distillate was bottled in Scotland in 2013. Discover light hints of fruit and vanilla, spicy aromas and roasted nuts.

Bottled at 45% ABV, this rum was distilled in Barbados in 1998. Samaroli then bottled only 250 of this blend in 2014 from cask No. 21

Bottled at 45% ABV, this rum was distilled in Guadeloupe in 1998 which was then matured in Scotland. Samaroli bottled this blend in 2014 from cask No. 10

Bottled at 45% ABV, this rum was distilled in Jamaica in 2000. Samaroli then bottled only 630 of this blend in 2014 from cask No. 129 & 132.

    We have liberated a beautiful 1999 Trinidad Rum, by European bottler Samaroli and made it available in 10ml bottles to make it as accessible as possible. Bottled at 45% ABV this vintage rum was distilled in Trinidad in 1999 and bottled in Scotland in 2015. This is a sweet and gentle rum whilst adding layers of complexity. Expect to experience tasting notes of dried apricots and liquorice.

    We have liberated a Vintage Don Jose 15 yr Silver Seal bottling and made it available in 10ml bottles to make it as accessible as possible. Bottled at 45% ABV, this was distilled in 2000 and matured in single oak casks. Only 281 were bottled in 2016 by Silver Seal.

    We have liberated a limited 21 yr Extra Fine Jamaica Rum and made it available in 10ml bottles, everyone needs to have a taste of this! Bottled at 50%, this fantastic rum was distilled in 1986 at the Long Pond Distillery and only 60 bottles were released in 2007 by independent bottlers, Silver Seal.

    We have liberated an exceptional 16 year rum from Panama, bottled by Silver Seal and made it available in 10ml bottles to make it as accessible as possible. Bottled at 46% ABV, if you have never tried a Silver Seal bottling this would be the perfect place to start, in typical Panama style this molasses-based, column rum was stored in ex-bourbon barrels in 2001. Only 281 bottles were made in 2017 when it was released.

    We have liberated this special Rum Cask release from Fiji into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 59.3% ABV and distilled at South Pacific Distillery, Fiji in 2001. This liquid is made using 100% pot still rum and aged 15 years of combined tropical and continental ageing. The distillate was bottled at cask strength in 2016 by German independent bottlers The Rum Cask. Tasting notes of tropical banana and pineapple, with aniseed and cinnamon spices coming through on the finish.
