Bottled at 46.5% ABV and distilled at Dingle Distillery in South-West Ireland. Made from 100% malted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills aged for a minimum of 3 years in American ex-bourbon and ex-port casks. Tasting notes include salted caramel, red currents & an earthy malt finish.

    We have liberated this special J.J Corry release into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone to try. Bottled at 46% ABV and blended by The Chapel Gate Irish Whiskey Company. A special blend of 26 yr single malt (5%) 15 yr old single malt (27.5%) 11 yr old single malt (27.5%) and a 7 yr old grain (40%) an edition of 7000 bottles. Tasting notes include green apples, melon, cinnamon.

    We have liberated this special Rum Cask release from Fiji into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 59.3% ABV and distilled at South Pacific Distillery, Fiji in 2001. This liquid is made using 100% pot still rum and aged 15 years of combined tropical and continental ageing. The distillate was bottled at cask strength in 2016 by German independent bottlers The Rum Cask. Tasting notes of tropical banana and pineapple, with aniseed and cinnamon spices coming through on the finish.
  • A rare opportunity to sample an S.B.S 2007 release from Jamaica.

    We have liberated this special S.B.S release from Jamaica into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 59% ABV and distilled at Clarendon Distillery, Jamaica in 2007. This liquid was aged for 11 years in ex Pedro Ximenez barrels, a single cask producing only 241 bottles. A very complex pallet of ripened bananas, typical Jamaican funk from a long fermentation process, alongside comes fruity notes from the PX finish.

    We have liberated this special S.B.S release from Trinidad into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 57% ABV and distilled at Trinidad Distillers Limited, home to the Angostura range of rum. S.B.S 2008 was distilled using a continuous still from molasses and finished in a single ex Madeira cask, only 337 bottles were released by danish independent bottler 1423 spirits.

    A rare opportunity to sample a Velier 1998 Caroni aged 16 years

    We have liberated this special Velier release from Trinidad into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 55% ABV and distilled at the Lost distillery, Caroni in Trinidad. This liquid was distilled in 1998 and aged for 16 tropical years before being bottled at cask strength. 3850 bottles were produced suggesting it is a blend of rums rather than a single cask created by molasses grown in Trinidad.

    We have liberated this special Samaroli release from Barbados into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 45% ABV and distilled in Barbados in 1998, however, the distillery is N/A. Maturation lasted for 15 years in oak barrels, then distillate was bottled in Scotland in 2013. Discover light hints of fruit and vanilla, spicy aromas and roasted nuts.

    We have liberated this special Rhum Neisson Tatanka release from Martinique into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 46% ABV and distilled at Distillerie Neisson, Martinique in 2010. An amazing limited Tatanka release for LMdW Distributors that has been aged for 4 years in oak barrels, following the strict AOC laws of Martinique. Lastly, it was bottled in 2014 with only 120 releases.
  • A rare oppertunity to sample a Velier Basseterre 1995 Rhum Vieux.

    We have liberated this special Velier release from Guadeloupe into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 58.2% ABV and distilled at Montebello distillery in Basse-Terre, the capital of Guadeloupe. This liquid is a blend of Rhum Vieux (old Agricole) and traditional (molasses) rum and aged for 11 years in oak barrels. The distillate was moved into VATS in 2006, stopping maturation. Then, bottled by Velier in 2008 tasting notes of rich spice, with ginger, pepper and a hint of tobacco.    
  • Take this opportunity to sample El Dorado 1993 Enmore

    We have liberated this special El Dorado 1993 Enmore into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 56.6% ABV at Demerara Distillers Limited, Guyana and distilled in 1993. Using local molasses and the infamous Enmore wooden continuous Coffey still. This liquid was aged for 22 years in a single ex-bourbon and bottled in 2015. Tasting notes include marzipan, raisins and a touch of spice.

    We have liberated this special Single Port Mourant by Rum Exchange into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 58.3% ABV at Demerara Distillers Limited, Guyana and distilled in 2008. Using local molasses and the infamous Port Mourant double wooden pot still. This liquid was aged for 11 years in a single ex-bourbon. Amazingly, only 252 were bottled in 2019. Tasting notes include maltiness, bitter chocolate and dates.
