Bottled at 43% ABV at Distillerie du Simon, Martinique. 1 of 7 distilleries left on the island. Using 100% sugar cane juice. this distillate has no age statement. However, Rhum Vieux means old rum in french implying its older than 3 years. Tasting notes include dusky oak with spices and cloves.

    We have liberated this special J.J Corry release into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone to try. Bottled at 46% ABV and blended by The Chapel Gate Irish Whiskey Company. A special blend of 26 yr single malt (5%) 15 yr old single malt (27.5%) 11 yr old single malt (27.5%) and a 7 yr old grain (40%) an edition of 7000 bottles. Tasting notes include green apples, melon, cinnamon.

    We have liberated this special Rarest Reserve Vintage by Jameson into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 46% ABV at Midleton Distillery in Cork, Ireland. Using a blend of the oldest liquid of selected grain and pot still whisky matured in Port Pipe casks with ages exceeding 20 years old, creating toasted oak notes with fruits and hints of chocolate.

    We have liberated this special Single Malt by Method and Madness into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 46% ABV at Midleton Distillery in Cork, Ireland in 2002. Using 100% malted barley this distillate was aged for 14 years in ex-bourbon and enhanced in French Limousin Oak creating fresh fruits, strong perfume notes and apples.

    We have liberated an extremely rare and valuable Whisky and made it available in 10ml sizes to make it as accessible as possible.
    Midleton Dair Ghaelach, is the first ever Irish Whiskey to be finished in virgin Irish Oak. Distilled at the Midleton distillery it is a blend of traditional Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey distillates, matured for between 15 and 22 years in ex-Bourbon casks. These were married together before being filled into native Irish Oak Hogsheads harvested from 130 year old oak trees from Grinsell’s Wood, within the Ballaghtobin Estate in Co. Kilkenny.

    We have liberated a beautiful 25yr Port Mourant Demerara rum, bottled by Bristol Classic and made it available in 10ml bottles to make it as accessible as possible. Bottled at 46% ABV and distilled in 1990 in Guyana, this Demerara rum was produced using one of the oldest working rum stills in the world. After spending 15 years in its original ex-bourbon cask, it was finished for 10 years in an Oloroso sherry butt, allowing the rich, deep fruits from the cask to shine through.

    A rare opportunity to sample Limited Edition Pussers Royal Navy 50th Anniversary.

    We have liberated this Limited Edition Navy Strength Pussers rum into 10ml measures making it more accessible. Bottled at Navy Strength 54.5% ABV, this is a very special blend created to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Black Tot day. This is a blend of 2 Trinidadian rums created in a column still and 3 Guyanese rums, distilled in the Port Mourant double wooden pot still as well as their column still.

    We have liberated an impressive Rhum Clément Grappe Blanche and made it available in 10ml bottles to make it as accessible as possible. Bottled at 45% ABV, Clément has been produced in Martinique since 1887 and is still being produced in a small town where the founder Homère Clément and his son first created their product.
  • A rare opportunity to sample the Rhum Rhum Liberation 2017 Cask Strength.

    We have liberated this incredible Rhum Rhum Liberation 2017 edition and made it available in 10ml bottles to make it as accessible as possible. Bottled at 45% ABV, distilled on a tiny island off Guadeloupe called Marie Galant,  just off of the Bielle distillery. Created from pure fresh sugar cane juice and fermented in temperature-controlled VATS at 20/22°C for 7-9 days. Then, distilled in ex-burgundy casks for 7 years before it was 'liberated' from the barrel in 2017.
  • Take this opportunity to sample Rum Exchange Port Mourant 2019.

    We have liberated this special Single Port Mourant by Rum Exchange into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 58.3% ABV at Demerara Distillers Limited, Guyana and distilled in 2008. Using local molasses and the infamous Port Mourant double wooden pot still. This liquid was aged for 11 years in a single ex-bourbon. Amazingly, only 252 were bottled in 2019. Tasting notes include maltiness, bitter chocolate and dates.
  • A rare opportunity to sample an S.B.S 2007 release from Jamaica.

    We have liberated this special S.B.S release from Jamaica into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 59% ABV and distilled at Clarendon Distillery, Jamaica in 2007. This liquid was aged for 11 years in ex Pedro Ximenez barrels, a single cask producing only 241 bottles. A very complex pallet of ripened bananas, typical Jamaican funk from a long fermentation process, alongside comes fruity notes from the PX finish.  
  • A rare opportunity to sample an S.B.S 2008 release from Trinidad.

    We have liberated this special S.B.S release from Trinidad into 10ml measures making it accessible for everyone. Bottled at 57% ABV and distilled at Trinidad Distillers Limited, home to the Angostura range of rum. S.B.S 2008 was distilled using a continuous still from molasses and finished in a single ex Madeira cask, only 337 bottles were released by danish independent bottler 1423 spirits.
