I loved putting this together and is everything I love about Rum. This is the sort of flight that highlights the wonderfully diverse raw material, Sugar Cane and for that reason, I have a cheeky favourite in this bunch: Clairin Sajous, form Haiti. Clairin loosely translates as ‘clear’ and denotes a Rum that is naturally fermented and comes straight off the still into a bottle without any diluting or ageing- This is the real taste of Sugar cane distilled!!
